Brave Radar is currently and primarily a two-piece consisting of Tess Smith and Conor Prendergast. The two trade off lead vocal duties with each track being anchored by busy, constant bass and sparse percussion with unaffected electric guitar and synth/keyboard splashes appearing throughout. One of the exciting elements of the album is the varying degree in which all those pieces are presented. A track like “Bunny Around” employs everything at once to very catchy results, while “Run The House” would more so be an example of all the pieces fitting in here and there making the mood its big appeal. “Face The Light” jumps in quick to present a perfect little bit of downstroke power pop, while “Three Walls” comes in from the complete opposite direction to close out the album with a loose strum (not a complaint or diss, it's possibly my favourite track on Honey's World.)
